dc.description.abstractEğitim amacıyla Türkiye’yi tercih eden yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin üniversite memnuniyeti ile üniversiteyi tavsiye etme niyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaca yönelik Kütahya Dumlupınar Üniversitesi’nde eğitim alan 384 yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere demografik ve eğitim bilgilerini öğrenmek için Kişisel Bilgi Formu, öğrencilerin üniversite memnuniyetlerini ölçmek için Memnuniyet Ölçeği ve üniversiteyi tavsiye etme niyetini belirlemek içinse Tavsiye Etme Niyeti Ölçeği kullanılmaktadır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından verilen hizmetten memnuniyet ile üniversitelerini başkalarına tavsiye etme niyeti arasında bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to determine the relationship between university satisfaction and the intention to recommend the university of foreign students who prefer Turkey for education. For this purpose, the Personal Information Form is used to learn the demographic and educational information of 384 foreign students studying at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, the Satisfaction Scale is used to measure the university satisfaction of the students, and the Intention to Recommend Scale is used to determine the intention to recommend the university. As a result of the analysis of the data, a relationship was determined between the satisfaction of foreign students with the service provided by higher education institutions and their intention to recommend their universities to others.
