Özet
İş sağlığı ve işçi güvenliği hususu ilk insanların varlığı ile başlamış olup, tarihsel süreçte pek çok kişi ve yönetimlerce kurallar haline dönüştürülmüştür. Sağlık ve güvenlik unsurlarını barındırmayan çalışma koşulları iş görenlerin hayatlarını tehdit etmekte aynı zamanda işin sağlıklı ve sürekli yürütülmesine engel olmaktadır. Bu açıdan söz konusu unsurların belirli kurallara bağlı olması ve bu kuralların sürekli olarak güncellenmesi önemlidir. Türkiye'nin önemli iş kollarından biri olan fındık üreticiliği incelendiğinde tehlikeli iş olarak gözlemlenmektedir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada fındık üretiminde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ve riskler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Occupational health and safety issues have started with the existence of the fisrt people and have been transformed into rules by many people and administrations in the historical process. Working conditions that do not contain health and safety ements threaten the lives of the employees and also prevent the healthy and continuous execution of the work. In this respect, it is important that these elements are subject to certain rules and that these rules are constantly updated. Hazelnuts productivity which is one of the Turkey's majör business lines are observed when examined as dangerous job. For this reason, this study tries to determine occupational health and safety and risks in hazelnut production.
