Özet
Hastane çalışanlarının her biri sağlık sektörünün yeri doldurulamaz önemli bir parçasıdır. Bu nedenle, daha kaliteli sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşılabilmesi için açısından hastane çalışanlarının memnuniyet düzeyi son derece önemlidir. Ülkemizde kamu, hastane ve özel sektörde toplam 1.119.886 sağlık çalışanı görev yapmaktadır. Bu kadar çok mensuba sahip hastane çalışanlarının memnuniyet düzeyinin ölçülmesi tüm sağlık paydaşları açısından ayrıca bir öneme sahiptir. Ayrıca Covid-19 Pandemisinden en çok etkilenen ülkelerin başında gelen ve pandemi yönetimi konusunda son derece başarılı olan Türkiye için ise ayrıca araştırmaya değerdir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmanın amacı tüm bu nedenlere dayanarak çeşitli hipotezler ışığında yaklaşık 30-35 sorundan oluşan bir ölçek ile hastane çalışanlarının memnuniyet düzeyinin incelenmesidir.
Each and every one of the hospital staff is an irreplaceable important part of the health sector. For this reason, the satisfaction level of hospital staff is extremely important in order to reach better quality health services. A total of 1,119,886 healthcare professionals work in the public, hospital and private sectors in our country. Measuring the satisfaction level of hospital staff with so many members is of particular importance for all health stakeholders. In addition, it is also worth researching for Turkey, which is one of the countries most affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic and is extremely successful in pandemic management. In conclusion, the aim of this study is to examine the satisfaction level of hospital staff with a scale consisting of approximately 30-35 questions in the light of various hypotheses based on all these reasons.
