İnsanoğlu var olduğu sürece kendisi ve çevresi ile iletişim halinde olmaktadır. İletişim kavramı yazılı ve sözlü olabilmektedir. Sağlıklı bir iletişimin ortaya çıkabilmesi için iletişim kurma aşamasında iletilen bilgilerin anlaşılır olması oldukça önemlidir.
