dc.description.abstractAtıksu arıtma tesisleri işletmeciliği çevresel gerekliliği ve ileriki zamanlarda insanoğlunun yaşana bilir bir dünya bırakmak adına büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Atıksu arıtma tesisleri bulunduğu bölgelere 24 saat kesintisiz olarak hizmet verecek şekilde dizayn edilir. Tesislerin işletilmesinde en büyük unsur Atıksu arıtma tesisleri işletme operatörleridir. Bu operatörler hizmetin sürekli ve kesintisiz işletilmesi adına her türlü hava, doğa ve zorluklara rağmen kesintisiz çalışan personellerdir. Atıksu arıtma tesislerin daha verimli ve kesintisiz olarak çalışabilmesi için Denetimli Kontrol ve Veri Toplama Sistemi olarak ismi ile anılan ve İngilizce kelimelerinin ilk harflerinin bir araya getirilmesiyle isimlendirilen SCADA sistemleri ile işletilir. SCADA sistemlerini, SCADA operatörleri tarafından yönetilir. Bu operatörler, Atıksu arıtma tesisleri işletme operatörleri arasında gerekli eğitim ve yeteneğe sahip personeller arasından seçilir. Bu tez çalışmamda Türkiye'nin en büyük metropol şehri olan İstanbullun, su ve kanalizasyon işini yapan ve Türkiye'deki çoğu kurumuna örnek teşkil eden, İstanbul Su ve Kanalizasyon İdaresinin, ( İSKİ ) 2016 yılında Silivri ilçesine hizmet vermek adına açmış olduğu üç adet İleri Biyolojik Atıksu Arıtma Tesislerinde çalışan SCADA operatörlerinin çalışma koşullarında oluşabilecek fiziksel risklerin belirlenmesi ve çalışan operatörlerin daha rahat ve verimli çalışabilmeleri için gerekli önlemler üzerinde durularak ve diğer Atıksu arıtma tesislerine örnek teşkil edecek şekilde, SCADA operatörlerinin çalışma koşullarının fiziksel riskler açısından iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlayacaktır.
dc.description.abstractManagement of Wastewater treatment plants is big importance in terms of the environmental necessity and the future of humanbeings to leave a living world. Wastewater treatment plants are designed to serve continously during 24 hours. The major factor in the operation of the facilities is the operators of the wastewater treatment plants. These operators are working continously and without interruption to all kinds of weather,nature and difficulties. For the more efficient and uninterrupted operation of Wastewater treatment plants, it is operated with SCADA system named as Supervised Control and Data Control System. It named with the first letters of the English words. These operators are selected among the operators who have the necessary training and capability among the operators of the Wastewater treatment plants. In this thesis study, Turkey is the largest metropolitian city of İstanbul which is enganed the water and sewer work ,exemplary to many insitutions in Turkey. İstanbul water and severge Administration (İSKİ) in 2016 years,which was opened in the name of serving the Silivri district of Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment of Plants. It will contribute to the improvement of the working conditions of SCADA operators in terms of Physical risks by considering the physical risks that may acour in the working conditions of the SCADA operators working in the Wastewater Treatment Plants and by taking necessary measues in order to enable the working operators to work more easily and comfortably.
