dc.description.abstractGelişen dünya düzeninde küreselleşme ile beraber dünya genelinde sanayileşme oranı artmış ve buna bağlı olarak kırsal alandan kentlere göç ile köylü toplumu işçi toplumuna dönüşmüştür. Bu değişim ile beraber birçok yeni kavram ve iş alanı ortaya çıkmış, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında da ciddi çalışmalar ortaya çıkarak artış göstermiştir. Sosyal devletin bir gereği olarak, çalışan hakları devletin kontrol altına aldığı bir konuya dönüşmüştür. Bu sebeple iş yeri denetimleri, gelişen ya da gelişmekte olan her ülkenin çalışma yaşamında önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Ülkemizde işteftişleri, işyerlerindeki çalışma ortamının sağlıklı ve güvenli olup olmadığını, önleyici çözümlerin alınıp alınmadığının tespiti varsa uygunsuzlukların giderilmesinin sağlanması amacıyla devlet tarafından teftiş olarak yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de iş teftişi ve süreci genel olarak ele alınarak incelenecektir. Çalışmada ilk olarak kavramsal tanımlamalar yapılacak, sonrasında ise çeşitli sektörlerden iş teftişine yönelik denetim uygulamalarına yer verilecektir.
dc.description.abstractWith the globalization in the developing world, the rate of industrialization has increased worldwide and accordingly, the rural society has become an industrial society with migration from rural areas to cities. With this change, many new concepts and business areas have emerged, and substantial studies have increased in the field of occupational health and safety. Employee rights, as a requirement of the social state, have become an issue that the state controls. For this reason, workplace inspections have become an important issue in the working life of every developed or developing country. Labor inspections to our country are carried out by the government for the following purposes; to investigate whether the working environment in the workplace is healthy or safe, to determine whether preventive solutions are taken, to fix the unsuitable situations. In this study, labor inspection and process in Turkey will be analyzed by considering overall. Firstly, conceptual definitions will be made, and then auditing practices for job inspections from various sectors will be included.
