Özet
Araştırmanın temel amacı; inşaat sektöründe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bakımından şantiye şeflerinin görev ve sorumluluklarını incelemektir. Ayrıca şantiye şeflerinin iş güvenliğine esas kriterlerini gerçekleştirme düzeylerini, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilgi düzeylerini ve mevzuata ne derece hâkim olup olmadıkları belirlenecektir. Bununla birlikte bu çalışmada iş güvenliği uygulamalarının daha etkin yapılmasında, iş kazalarına, iş güvenliğine ve işçi sağlığına ait şantiye şeflerinin bakış açıları da belirlenecektir. Çalışmada 86 şantiye şefi üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. Ampirik analizlerde anova ve t-testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda medeni durum, yaş, tecrübe, çalışma süresi, maaş gibi demografik ve mesleki değişkenlere göre şantiye şeflerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine bakış açısı farklılaşmaktadır.
The main purpose of the research; The purpose of this course is to examine the duties and responsibilities of construction supervisors in terms of occupational health and safety in construction sector. In addition, the level of occupational safety and occupational health and safety knowledge levels and the degree to which the legislation is applied will be determined. In addition, in this study, the workplaces, occupational safety, and the viewpoints of the construction supervisors will be determined. A survey was conducted on 86 site supervisors. Anova and t-test were used for empirical analysis. According to demographic and professional variables such as marital status, age, experience, working time and salary, the point of view of job site supervisors towards occupational health and safety is differentiated.
