Özet
Türkiye'de ve Marmara Bölgesi'nde 2012-2016 yılları arasında meydana gelen iş kazaları incelenmiş ve bu kazaların analizi yapılmıştır. Bu yıllar arasında iş kazalarının sık yaşandığı sektörler olmuştur. Marmara Bölgesi'nde zaman zaman iş kazalarının sonuçlarına göre iyileşmeler olmuştur ancak tamamen iyileşmeden söz etmenin önünde yapısal sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Türkiye henüz bir adımı atamamışken dünyanın üçüncü adımına yetişmek istemektedir. Bu sebeplerden dolayı yapısal sorunların çözülmesi ve iş güvenliği kavramının kültürümüze entegre olması iş kazalarının iyileştirilmesini sağlayacaktır. Marmara Bölgesi'nde aktif görev yürüten iş güvenliği uzmanlarına yapılan anket çalışması, bu görevi yapan kişilerin sorunlarını anlamamıza ve iş güvenliği uzmanlığı görevinin iyileştirilmesinde katkı sağlayacaktır. İş güvenliği uzmanlığı görevinin hukuksal açıdan iyileştirilmesi de iş kazalarının önlenmesi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.
Turkey and Marmara Region examined work-related accidents that occurred between the years 2012-2016 in the and made an analysis of the accidents. These years have been the sectors where occupational accidents are common. There have been betterments in the Marmara region from time to time according to the results of work accidents however, there are structural problems in front of talking about complete recovery. Turkey wants to reach the third step of the world when it has not yet taken a step. Therefore, solving structural problems and integrating the concept of occupational safety into our culture will help improve occupational accidents. A survey carried working out to the occupational safety experts in Marmara Region's, it will help us to understand the problems of those who do this task and to improve the job of occupational safety expertise. Improving the duty of occupational safety expertise from a legal standpoint is also of great importance in terms of preventing occupational accidents.
