Özet
Bu çalışmamın amacı, çalışanların, aile motivasyonu etkisi karşısında iş yerindeki çalışmalarında değişim gösterip göstermediği ve sonucunda iş kazalarını önlemedeki etkisini saptamaktır. Araştırma, Haziran 2018'de bir kapı fabrikasında çalışanlardan Pareto Analizi yöntemi ile seçilen 30 çalışan ve aileleri üzerinde gönüllülük esasına göre mesai dışında işçinin evde ailesi ile birlikte bulunduğu sırada yapılmıştır. Araştırma konusu üç aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Birinci aşama: Hedef kitlenin belirlenmesi (Pareto Analizi) , ikinci aşama: Organizasyon ve üçüncü aşama: Uygulama şeklinde planlanmıştır. Araştırma Sonucunda; Çalışanların Aile motivasyonu karşısında daha duyarlı ve dikkatli çalışmaya başladıkları ve aynı zamanda diğer çalışanları da motive ederek iş kazalarında dikkat çeken bir azalmaya neden oldukları bu çalışma ile ortaya konulmuştur.
This study's purpose, which is showing motivation for working families in the face of changes in the workplace impact study and to determine the effect on the prevention of work-related accidents as a result. Research, with Pareto analysis method of working in a door factory in June 2018 on a voluntary basis on selected 30 employees to workers and their families working outside the home has been made in conjunction with family Research topics consist of three stages. First stage: Determination of the target audience (Pareto analysis), second step: Organization and third phases is scheduled in the embodiment. Research in the results; they begin to work against the more sensitive and careful motivation of employees and their families but also caused a notable reduction in accidents at work in motivating other employees is demonstrated by this study.
