Özet
The rapid and constant changes in the agenda of the business world stimulate the demand for talent labour and having these talents becomes more difficult day by day. Introducing the talents suitable for their strategy to their instutions in order to gain a competitive advantage is not suficent by itself. This situation has brought forward the long term practices that can keep employees and maintain their continuity in it. With these practices, the main aim is to establish an environment for the employees to develop themselves and their career and to adopt themselves to the company. Talent management is of considerable importance in increasing the performance of the employees. The aim of this study is to explain the importance of talent management and its meaning for new employee paradigm. For this reason, the talent management process of a company have been specified in detail. Based upon this research, findings support the theoretical knowledge. © 2016 Peter Lang GmbH.
