dc.description.abstractGünümüzde globalleşmenin artmasıyla firmalar rekabet ortamında farklılıklar yaratmaya yönelmişlerdir. Gösterilen farklılıklardan bir tanesi ve en öenmlilerinden olan insan kaynakları örgütüdür. Çalışmamız kriz dönemlerinde ya da normal dönemlerde insan kaynaklarının ne düzeyde olduğunu vurgulamaktır.

One of the differences shown, and one of the most important, is the human resources organization. Our study emphasizes the level of human resources in crisis or normal periods.
