Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de yüksek oranda istihdam oluşturan ve iş kazası meydana gelen Fabrikasyon Bazlı Üretim (Makine ve Teçhizat Hariç) sektöründeki iş kazalarının analiz edilerek, iş kazalarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve iş kazalarının önlenmesine yönelik önerilerin sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılacak veriler firma yetkilileri ile yapılan görüşmeler sonrasında temin edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ilgili firmadaki 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 yıllarında meydana gelmiş iş kazalarına ait verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Sıklık analizi ve Ki-Kare analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonrasında; yaralanmanın şiddeti ile yaralanmanın türü, kaza bölgesi ile yaralanmanın türü, kaza ayı ile yaralanma türü, kazadaki sorumluluk ile yaralanma türü, kaza türü ile yaralanma türü ve kazadaki risk etmeni ile yaralanma türü arasında istatistiksel bakımdan anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ancak yaralanma şiddeti ile diğer değişkenler arasında istatistiksel düzeyde anlamlı olmasa da farklı düzeylerde ilişkilerin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar kullanılarak sektöre ve yeni araştırmacılara iş kazalarının ve şiddetinin azaltılmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study,it is aimed to analyze the occupational accidents Factory-Made Based Production sector (except machinery and equipment), which creates high employment in Turkey, to determine the factors which affects the accidents and present the suggestions for prevention of the accidents. The data used in the study were obtained by interviews with company officials. The data used belong to the occupational accidents that occured in the company in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. Frequency Analysis and Chi-Square analyzes were performed in the study. It was concluded as a results of the analyzes, there is a statistically significant relationship between the severity of the injury and type of injury, the accident site and the type of injury, the month of the accident and the type of injury, the responsibility in the accident and the type of injury, the type of accident and the type of injury, the risk factor in the accident and the type of injury. However, although not statistically significant, there were relations at different levels between the severity of injury and other variables. With these results, suggestions were made tonthe sector and new researchers to reduce occupational accidents and the severity of the occupational accidents.
