dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, web tabanlı eğitim platformlarının web ve mobil kullanılabilirliklerinin değerlendirilmesinde uzmanlar tarafından mobil ve masaüstü platformlar için ayrı ayrı belirlenmiş olan kullanılabilirlik standartlarının mobil ve masaüstü platformlarda ki web sitelerini değerlendirirken ne gibi kısıtlama ve farklılıklara sahip olduğunu incelemektir. Bu amaçla konu ile ilgili belirlenmiş olan “kullanılabilirlik”, “web kullanılabilirliği”, “mobil kullanılabilirlik”, “eğitim platformu” ve “eğitsel yazılım” anahtar kelimeleriyle Ulusal Tez Merkezi, Proquest, Web of Science ve EBSCO veri tabanlarında alan yazın taraması yapılmıştır. Çalışma, mobil ve masaüstü platformlarda geliştirilmiş olan eğitsel web sitelerinin etkililiğinin, verimliliğinin ve kullanıcı memnuniyetinin en üst düzeyde olmasını sağlamak için belirlenmiş olan mobil ve masaüstü platformlardaki kullanılabilirlik standartlarının neler olduğunu, bu standartların platformlar arasında farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ve farklılık gösteriyorsa ne gibi farklılıkların olduğunu ortaya çıkarma şeklinde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi olan betimsel araştırma türlerinden “tarama” modeli kullanılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research to the web and mobile web-based training platform for evaluating the availability of mobile and desktop platforms by experts designated separately for mobile and desktop availability standards assessing the web sites on the platforms, like what has happened to the differences and constraints. To this end, topics related to the availability of "availability", "web", "mobile usability", "educational platform" and "educational software" key words of the National Dissertation Center, Proquest, and EBSCO databases Web of Science field type. This research, mobile and desktop platforms, improved educational efficiency and the effectiveness of the web site user satisfaction is designated to ensure the highest level of mobile and desktop platforms with availability what is the standards, these standards represent differences between platforms and varies as to what is designed in the form of the differences. In the study, "survey model", one of the types of descriptive research models in the qualitative research method is used
