Özet
İnşaat sektöründe kullanılan yüksekte çalışma sistemleri ve Türkiye'de inşaat sektöründe yüksekten düşmeler sonucunda olan iş kazalarının sebeplerini tespit etmek ve önlemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma, teori ve sektördeki uygulama örnekleri olmak üzere iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk kısmı, iki teorik bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda Türkiye'de inşaat Sektöründe yüksekte çalışmaların durumu,2011-2016 döneminde meydana gelen iş kazaları oranlarına yüksekten düşme kazalarının etkisi araştırılmıştır. İkinci Kısımda ise; Yapı sektöründe yüksekte çalışma ve güvenlik sistemleri teknik detayları ile anlatılmıştır. Son olarak uygulama kısımda ise Türkiye'de yapı sektöründe uygulanan yüksekte çalışma ve güvenlik sistemleri firmalarda uygulamalı olarak incelenmiş. Risk analizleri yapılıp uygun yüksekte çalışma ve güvenlik sistemleri yapı alanına göre önerilmiştir. Bu araştırma, inşaat sektöründe yüksekte çalışma sistemlerinin projelendirme ve uygulama aşamasındaki sorunlarının ortaya konulması ve açısından önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır.
This study accomplishes for analyzing Fall Protection systems in construction sector and preventing work accidents where was happened at Turkey. In this thesis study contains two main parts which are theory and application of fall protection systems in construction industry. The first section consists of fall protection system's application rate at Turkey and analyzing of work accidents which were happened because of fall from height in five-year period (2011-2016). In the second part of this study consist of technical details of fall protection and safety systems at construction sector. In the last section consist of applications of fall protections and safety systems at construction sector of Turkey. This applications and existing systems was analyzed with risk management systems and recommended suitable fall protection and safety systems for high risk areas at construction sites. This study has assisted that safety systems at construction sector in the aspects of project management and application efficiency.
