Özet
Toplum yaşamında üretim, refah, kalkınma ve gelişmişlik noktasında meslekler yapı taşlarıdır. İnsan için ise meslek, yaşamını sürdürmesini sağlayacak sosyal statü ve maddi gücün sağlayıcısıdır. Sağlık mesleği yoğun bir eğitim, çalışma ve disiplinin sonunda kişilerin kazandığı önemli bir ünvandır. Hasta bireyi sağlığına kavuşturmak ve hastalığı bedenden uzaklaştırmak hedeftir. Hastalık ise insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir kavramdır. İnsanın bulunduğu her yerde beraberce varlığını sürdürmüştür. İnsanlar genel olarak insandan, hayvandan, çevreden kaynaklı riskler sonucunda hastalanır. Sağlık çalışanı için hasta bireyleri sağlığına kavuşturmak temel görevidir. Bu çalışma sırasında sadece hasta bireyler üzerinden gelen etmenlerle oluşan hastalıklar bile birçok sağlıkçıyı etkilemiştir. Sağlık mesleği hasta bir insanı kurtarmak için kendini tehlikeye atan ama sonuçta insana ve yaşama değer veriyorum diyen bir meslektir. Sağlık çalışanı için mesleği gereği karşılaştığı tehlikeler birçok hastalığın hazırlayıcısıdır. Sağlık sektöründe fiziksel, kimyasal, biyolojik, ergonomik, psikososyal risk etmenleri mevcuttur. Teknoloji yoğun bir sektörde güncel hastalıklara karşı mücadelede sağlıklı bir çalışanın varlığı gerekliliktir. Sağlığa giden yolda sağlık çalışanını korumak için temel nokta bireysel farkındalık ve bilgi sahibi olmaktan geçer. Böylece meslek hastalığı olgusu bireyden başlayarak toplum ve devlet düzeyine ulaşan bir bilinç sağlar. Kişisel, sosyal ve hukuki işleyişin pozitifliğinde sağlık mesleği de önemli bir konfora ulaşır.
Occupations are building blocks at the point of production, prosperity, development and development in social life. For man, the profession is the provider of social status and financial strength that will enable it to continue its life. The health care profession is an important endowment for people at the end of an intensive education, study and discipline. It is aimed to make the patient healthy and to remove the disease from the body. Disease is as old as human history. Everywhere people are, they have been together. People generally get sick from human, animal, and related risks. For the health worker, it is the basic duty of the patient to ensure the health of the patient. In this study, only the diseases caused by the factors coming from the sick individuals affected many health care providers. The health profession is a profession that says that a patient is in danger of saving a person but in the end he values humanity and life. For health workers, the hazards they face in relation to their profession are the preparers of many diseases. Physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial risk factors exist in the health sector. In a technology intensive sector, the presence of a healthy employee is a necessity to fight against current diseases. The key to protecting the health worker on the road to health goes by having individual awareness and knowledge. Thus, occupational disease begins with an individual and provides consciousness that reaches the level of society and the state. The health profession also achieves a significant comfort in the position of personal, social and legal processes.
