| dc.description.abstract | Hasta hakları; sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanması zorunlu olanların, sadece "insan" oldukları için sahip oldukları hakları içermekte ve hem ulusal hem de uluslararası anlaşmalarla güvence altındadır. Bu araştırma, hasta haklarına ilişkin hemşirelerin bilgi, tutum ve davranış düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya 146 hemşire katılmıştır. 5 Mart – 23 Haziran 2021 tarihleri arasında anketler elden dağıtılmış ve teslim alınmıştır. Anket iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. İlk kısımda katılımcıların demografik özellikleri, ikinci kısımda halen yürürlükte olan Hasta Hakları Yönetmeliğinden oluşturulmuş bilgi, tutum ve davranış alt boyutlarına ait sorular yer almaktadır. Verilerin normal dağılım göstermemiş olması nedeniyle non-parametrik testler kullanılan analizlerde, demografik değişkenlerin ortalama, standart sapma ve ki kare uygunluk analizi, ikiden fazlalı önermelerde Kruskal-Wallis ve Non Parametric Tests: Two or More Independent Samples Test, ikili önermelerde Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Hizmet içi eğitim alma değişkeninin Bilgi, Tutum ve Davranış alt boyutları üzerinde; mesleki yıl ile çocuğu olup olmama değişkenlerinin Bilgi ve Davranış alt boyutları üzerinde, medeni durum değişkeninin Tutum alt boyutuyla, araştırma yapılan üniversitenin tıp fakültesi hastanesinde çalışma yılı değişkeninin Bilgi alt boyutuyla anlamlı ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Patient rights; It includes the rights of those who are obliged to benefit from health services just because they are "human" and are guaranteed by both national and international agreements. This research was carried out to determine the knowledge, attitude and behavior levels of nurses regarding patient rights. 146 nurses participated in the study. The questionnaires were hand-delivered and received between March 5 and June 23, 2021. The survey consists of two parts. In the first part, there are questions about the demographic characteristics of the participants, and in the second part, questions about the sub-dimensions of knowledge, attitude and behavior created from the current Patient Rights Regulation. Since the data did not show a normal distribution, non-parametric tests were used in the analyzes, mean, standard deviation and chi-square fit analysis of demographic variables, Kruskal-Wallis and Non Parametric Tests: Two or More Independent Samples Test was used for statements with more than two statements, and Mann Whitney U test was used for binary statements. . On the sub-dimensions of Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior of in-service training variable; It has been observed that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and behavior sub-dimensions of the variables of professional year and whether to have a child, the variable of marital status with the Attitude sub-dimension, and the variable of working years in the medical faculty hospital of the research university with the Knowledge sub-dimension.
