Özet
Bu çalışma, ayakkabı sektöründe yer alan bir işletmenin Ar - Ge faaliyetlerini araştırmak ve bu faaliyetlerin işletmeye olan etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle araştırma geliştirme yapısal olarak incelenmiştir. Daha sonra dünyada ve Türkiye'de ayakkabı sektörünün ekonomik yapısı ele alınmıştır. Son olarak ise Türkiye'de ayakkabı sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede uygulanan Ar-Ge uygulamarına değinilmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda Ar-Ge çalışmalarının çok yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca Ar-Ge çalışmaları gelir getirici olarak görülmemektedir. Yalnızca maliyet artırıcı bir unsur olarak görülmektedir. Buna karşın ayakkabı sektöründe yeni ürünlere az da olsa teşvik sağlandığı ve bu ürünlerin üretildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This study was carried out to investigate the research and development activities of a company in the footwear sector and to show the effect of these activities on the companies. For this purpose, research and development have been studied structurally. The economic structure of the footwear sector in the world and in Turkey has discussed. Finally, research and development practices application of the company in the footwear sector in Turkey are mentioned. As a result of this review, it was seen that the research and development work was very inadequate. Furthermore, research and development studies are not income generating. These studies are seen as only cost-enhancing factors. Nevertheless, in the footwear sector, the new products are provided with little incentive and the result that these products are produced is reached.
