Özet
Dünyada her ne kadar kadın figürünün hayatın her yerinde bulunması bilinen bir durum olsa dahi yine de erkek egemen bir dünyada sayı istenilen sevilen seviyelerde değildir. Bu durum Türkiye özelinde de değişmemektedir. Sağlık sektöründe kadın yöneticilere bakışın dışarıdan böyle olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bunu aydınlatmak için yaptığımız çalışmada kadın yöneticilere sağlık sektöründe pozitife yönelebileceği gözükmektedir. Deneyimli çalışmalarda negatife yakın tutumun belirtilmesi de söz konusu olsa dahi burada kişisel verilerinde işin içinde olduğunu varsayarsak çalışmamız durum değerlendirmesi ve tutum geliştirme anlamında yardımcı olacak bir çalışmadır.
Although it is a well-known situation in the world that female figures are everywhere in life, the number is still not at the desired level in a male-dominated world. This situation does not change in Turkey either. It is thought that the view of female managers in the health sector is like this from the outside. In our study to illuminate this, it seems that female managers can turn to positive in the health sector. Although it is also possible to indicate an attitude close to negative in experienced studies, if we assume that personal data is involved here, our study is a study that will help in terms of situation assessment and attitude development.
