dc.description.abstractİş yerlerinde, işçi sağlığı ve güvenliği kaidelerinin yerine getirilmesi ve hedeflenen verimliliğin sağlanabilmesi açısından çalışma ortamı koşullarının iyileştirilmesi ve düzenlenmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma ortamını etkileyen başlıca parametreler; gürültü, titreşim, ısı, havalandırma, nem, aydınlatma vb. olarak bilinmektedir. İşletmenin bu parametrelerle alakalı sorunlardan arındırılarak, çalışanların yaşamsal fonksiyonlarını etkilemeyecek sınırlarda tutulması gerekmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında işletmeler için olmazsa olmaz olan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği tedbirlerinin kolaylıkla uygulanabilmesini sağlayan unsurlar ve işletmede verimliliği etkileyen başlıca faktörler incelenecektir.
dc.description.abstractImproving and regulating workplace conditions is of great importance in the workplace in terms of fulfilling the occupational health and safety bases and achieving the targeted productivity. The main parameters affecting the working environment are; Noise, vibration, heat, ventilation, humidity, lighting etc. The company needs to be cleaned from problems related to these parameters and kept at the limits that will not affect the vital functions of the employees. In this thesis, the essential factors that affect the efficiency of the business and the factors enabling the easy application of occupational health and safety measures which are essential for the enterprises will be examined. Key words: Ergonomics, productivity, working environment conditions, ventilation, noise, lighting, worker's health and safety.
