dc.description.abstractIn this article, we aim to answer the question: what is the relationship between tele-technologies, deconstruction and archive themes? We try to answer the question with reference to Jacques Derrida’s intellectual heritage. Determining such a relationship is intertwined with an evaluation of the existence of humans in the world with technical/technological mediations. The basis of this evaluation lies in the claim that technical/technological mediations transform the experience of the world itself. In this article, the rich source of Derrida’s works for thinking about the technics/technology will be pointed out; an explanation of the term deconstruction will be presented, emphasizing that deconstruction is at work not only in the text in its narrow sense, but also in the text in its broad sense, and therefore in history and society; a determination will be made regarding the deconstructive aspect of technologies and tele-technologies; the archive issue will be discussed as an exemplary theme within the framework of the deconstructive aspect of technologies; attention will be drawn to the importance of evaluating tele-technologies on a conceptual basis regarding the therapeutic and toxic dual character of technology.
dc.description.abstractBu makalede tele-teknolojiler, yapısöküm ve arşiv temaları arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğu sorusuna yanıt vermeye yöneliyoruz. Soruyu Jacques Derrida’nın düşünsel mirasına referansla yanıtlamayı deniyoruz. Böyle bir ilişkinin tespit edilişi insanın dünyada teknik/teknolojik dolayımlarla birlikte varoluşu hakkında bir değerlendirmeyle iç içe geçmektedir. Söz konusu değerlendirmenin temel niteliği ise teknik/teknolojik dolayımların bizzat dünya deneyiminin kendisini dönüştürdüğü iddiasında yatmaktadır. Makalede Derrida külliyatının teknik/teknoloji meselesini düşünmek için taşıdığı zengin kaynağa işaret edilmekte; yapısöküm terimine ilişkin bir açıklama sunulmakta, yapısökümün yalnızca dar anlamıyla metinde değil ama geniş anlamıyla metinde de iş başında olduğu, dolayısıyla tarihte ve toplumda da iş başında olduğu vurgulanmakta; teknolojilerin ve tele-teknolojilerin yapısökücü veçhesine ilişkin bir saptama sunulmakta; arşiv meselesi teknolojilerin söz konusu yapısökücü veçhesi çerçevesinde bir örnek tema olarak ele alınmakta; tele-teknolojileri teknolojinin terapötik ve toksik çifte karakterine ilişkin bir kavramsal zemin üzerinden değerlendirmenin önemine dikkat çekilmektedir.
