Özet
Gerçekleştirilen "Okul Öncesi Eğitim Kurumlarında Kalite Standartlarının Çocuk Gelişimi Üzerindeki Etkisi" adlı çalışmada uygulanan yöntem anket değerlendirme yöntemidir. Anket değerlendirmesi yapılmadan önce konu ile alakalı çeşitli literatürler detaylı bir şekilde taranarak konunun asıl amacına uygun anket sorularının belirlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen çalışma İstanbul ilinde toplamda 298 katılımcıya uygulanmış ve katılımcılardan alınan cevaplar SPSS paket programı yardımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara uygulanan anket formu 4 bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında kalite standartlarının çocuk gelişimi üzerindeki etkilerini çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemek ve çıkarımlarda bulunmaktır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda öğretmenin mesleki doyum algısı, kalite standartları algısı ve öğretmenin mesleki yeterlilik algılarının incelenmesi de sağlanmıştır. Literatür detaylı olarak incelendiğinde daha önce okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında kalite standartlarının çocuk gelişimi üzerindeki etkilerini çeşitli değişkenler açısından inceleyen herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu sebeple araştırmanın literatüre sağlayacağı katkı oldukça önemlidir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Okul Öncesi, Kalite Standartları, Çocuk Gelişimi
The method applied in the study titled "The Effect of Quality Standards on Child Development in Preschool Education Institutions" is the questionnaire evaluation method. Before the survey evaluation, various literatures related to the subject were reviewed in detail and the survey questions suitable for the main purpose of the subject were determined. The study was applied to a total of 298 participants in İstanbul and the answers received from the participants were analyzed with the help of the SPSS package program. The questionnaire form applied to the participants consists of 4 parts. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of empathy values and quality standards on child development in preschool education institutions in terms of various variables and to make inferences. In this context, in line with the purpose of the research, it was also provided to examine the teacher's perception of professional satisfaction, perception of quality standards and teacher's perceptions of professional competence. When the literature is examined in detail, there is no study examining the effects of quality standards on child development in preschool education institutions in terms of various variables. For this reason, the contribution of the research to the literature is quite important. Key Words : Preschool, Quality Standards, Child Development
