Özet
Günümüzde i? sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları, i? kazalarının ve meslek hastalıklarının önüne geçilmesinde çok önemli bir konu haline gelmi?tir. ?? sağlığı ve güvenliği konularında bir i?letmede yapılması gereken ilk çalı?ma risk değerlendirmesidir. Risk değerlendirmesi çalı?ılan ortamdaki tehlikeleri görmemizi ve önlem almamızı kolayla?tırır. Bu çalı?manın içeriğinde yaygın olarak kullanılan risk değerlendirmesi çalı?malarından bahsedilmi? ve Zemin iyile?tirme bir risk değerlendirmesi yapılmı?tır. Risk değerlendirmesi yapılırken öncelikli hedefimiz anla?ılabilir olmasıdır. Çünkü yapılan çalı?manın i? güvenliği uzmanı olmayan bir ki?i tarafından da rahatlıkla anla?ılması ortamdaki tehlikeleri görmesi açısından büyük önem ta?ır. Yapılan risk değerlendirmesinde ortamda bulunan tehlikeler analiz edilmeli, yönetmeliğe göre olması gerekenler ve alınması gereken tedbirler belirtilmelidir. Tüm bunlar yapıldıktan sonra çalı?anlara ortamdaki tehlikeler ve alınması gerekenlerle ilgili eğitimler verilmeli ve kayıt altında tutulmalıdır. Böylece i? sağlığı ve güvenliği o i?letme için ya?ayan bir organizma gibi sürekli canlı tutulur ve i? kazalarının önüne geçmek kolayla?ır.
Today, occupational health and safety practices have become a very important issue in preventing occupational accidents and occupational diseases. The first study in occupational health and safety issues is a risk assessment. Risk assessment makes it easier for us to see the hazards in the environment and to take precautions. Risk assessment studies, which are widely used in this study, have been mentioned and a risk assessment has been made for soil improvement. Our primary goal is to be understandable when making a risk assessment. Because it is important to understand the dangers of the environment by the person who is not working safety expert. In the risk assessment, the hazards in the environment should be analyzed, what should be in accordance with the regulation and the measures to be taken. After all this is done, the employees should be trained and kept informed about the hazards in the environment and what needs to be taken. Thus, occupational health and safety is kept alive like a living organism for that enterprise and it is easier to prevent occupational accidents.
