Özet
Üretimde verimlilik, ürün kalitesi ve prosesin sürekliliğinde, çalışanların performansı önemli rol oynamaktadır. Çalışma duruşları, çalışma ortamının düzeni ve işin yapılış şekli verimliliği doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu hususlardaki eksiklik ve yanlışlıklar çalışanların kas iskelete sistemi rahatsızlıklarına neden olmaktadır. Kas iskelet rahatsızlıklarının kalıcı olmasının önlemek için uygun olmayan duruşların değerlendirmesi için ergonomik analizler yapılmaktadır. Düzeltici faaliyetlerin başlatılması ve risklerin azaltılması için çalışma duruşlarının analizi sonucu ortaya çıkacak verilere ihtiyaç vardır. Endüstriyel üretimde ve iş hayatında çok yaygın olarak kullanılan farklı ergonomik risk değerlendirme metodolojileri mevcuttur. Çalışmamızda bir belediyenin çöp konteynırlarının araca boşaltılması süresindeki duruşlar Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA ) ve Ovako Working Postures Analysing System (OWAS) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar açısından her iki metodoloji karşılaştırılmıştır. İlaveten uygulanan düzeltici ve önleyici faaliyetlerde ifade edilmiştir. Her iki yöntem sonuçlarına göre faaliyetin risk puanı yüksek ve ivedilikle düzeltici işlemlerin yapılması sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. İncelenen faaliyette teknik, eğitim ve idari tedbirlerin alınmasından sonra çalışanların rahatsızlıkları ile işe devamsızlıklarında azalma olduğu saptanmıştır.
Performance of employees play an important role on productivity in production, product quality and continuity of the process. Working postures , layout of the working environment and administration of work directly affect efficiency. Deficiencies and inaccuracies in these issues cause employees to have musculoskeletal disorders. To prevent permanent musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomic risk analysis' are performed for evaluation of inappropriate posture. For starting preventative action and reducing risks, we need results of postures analysis results. There are different ergonomical risk assessment methods that are widely used in industrial production and business life. In this study, the attitudes of a municipality during unloading of garbage containers were evaluated with Rapid Entiree body Assessment (REBA ) and Ovako Working Postures Analising system (OWAS). Both methods were compared in terms of results. In addition, it has been expressed in applied corrective and preventive actions. According to the results of both methods, the risk score of the activity was high and immediate regenerative actions were taken as a result of the results of both methods. After taking technical, educational and administrative measures, it was determined that there was a decrease in the discomfort of the employees and their lack of attendance to the work.
