Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının sağlık çalışanları üzerindeki etkilerine yönelik bir araştırma

Özet
Sağlık sektöründe çalışanlar farklı sorun ve işlerle meşgul olmaktadır. Bunlar içinde sağlık gibi stratejik bir alanda faaliyet göstermek başlı başına bir sorumluluktur. Bu kadar zorlu bir iş kolu içinde yaşanan sorunların üstesinden gelmek için sağlık çalışanlarının performansı, motivasyonu önemlidir. Kurumlar açısından da örgütsel davranışların gelişip organizasyon performansına olumlu yansıması beklenir. Son yıllarda bu konuda önem kazanan olgulardan biri de örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışıdır. Örgütsel vatandaşlık çalışanların kendi inisiyatifinden kaynaklanan, bireyin özgür ve gönüllü yönetimine tabi olan bireysel bir davranıştır. Sağlık sektörü için de son derece stratejik önemdedir. Bu nedenle, ilgili çalışmada sağlık çalışanları üzerinde örgütsel vatandaşlığın etkisi konusu incelenmiştir. Çalışmada 142 sağlık çalışanı üzerinde örgütsel vatandaşlık ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre erdem, gönüllülük, sportmenlik, alt boyutu yaş bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Erdem, gönüllülük, sportmenlik alt boyutunun medeni durum bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Erdem alt boyutunun eğitim durum bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Sportmenlik alt boyutunun çalışma birimi bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Erdem, sportmenlik alt boyutunun mesleki kıdem bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Gönüllülük alt boyutunun vardiya durumu bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir
Employees in the health sector are busy with different problems and jobs. Among these, operating in a strategic area such as health is a responsibility in itself. The performance and motivation of healthcare professionals are important in order to overcome the problems experienced in such a challenging business line. In terms of institutions, organizational behaviors are expected to develop and reflect positively on organizational performance. One of the phenomena that has gained importance in this regard in recent years is organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship is an individual behavior that arises from the initiative of the employees and is subject to the free and voluntary management of the individual. It is also of strategic importance for the health sector. For this reason, the subject of the effect of organizational citizenship on health workers was examined in the related study. In the study, organizational citizenship scale was applied on 142 health workers. According to the results of the analysis, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in virtue, volunteerism, sportsmanship, sub-dimensions in terms of age. It was determined that the sub-dimensions of virtue, volunteerism and sportsmanship showed statistically significant differences in terms of marital status. It was determined that the virtue sub-dimension showed a statistically significant difference in terms of educational status. It was determined that the sportsmanship sub-dimension showed a statistically significant difference in terms of the unit of study. It was determined that the sub-dimension of Erdem, sportsmanship showed a statistically significant difference in terms of professional seniority. It was determined that the sub-dimension of volunteering showed a statistically significant difference in terms of shift status.
