Sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının yaşadığı iş kazaları: Özel bir hastane üzerine araştırma

Özet
Sağlık sektörü en önemli sektörlerin başında gelmektedir. İnsan için sağlık çok önemli bir olgudur. Sağlık hizmetinde iş sürekliliğinin sağlanması için çalışanların zarar görmemesi sağlanmalıdır. Her sektörde olduğu gibi sağlık sektöründe de işin yapılışı sırasında çalışanlar birçok tehlike ile karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Sağlık sektöründe çalışan personeller çalışma ortamından, işin yapılış şeklinden, iş yükü ve mesai saatlerinin uzunluğunda dolayı kaynaklanan oluşan riskler ve tehlikeler ile karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Çalışanların kaza geçirerek zarar görmesi durumunda hem çalışan etkilemekte hem de sağlık hizmeti aksamaktadır. Bu çalışmada sağlık sektöründe çalışan personellerin karşılaştıkları risk etmenleri ve yaşadıkları iş kazaları incelenmiştir. Uygulamada ise, İstanbul' da bulunan bir özel hastanede çalışma yapılmıştır. Hastanede sağlık çalışanları tarafından bir yıl içerisinde yaşanan iş kazaları incelenmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. İş kazalarının azaltılması ve tekrar yaşanmaması için alınacak tedbirler belirlenmiştir.
The health sector is one of the most important sectors. Health is a very important phenomenon for human beings. In order to ensure business continuity in health care, it should be ensured that employees are not harmed. As in every sector, employees are faced with many dangers during the execution of the work in the health sector. Personnel working in the health sector are faced with risks and dangers arising from the working environment, the way the work is done, the workload and the length of the working hours. In the event that employees are damaged by accident, both the employee is affected and the health service is disrupted. In this study, the risk factors and occupational accidents experienced by the personnel working in the health sector were examined. In practice, a study was conducted in a private hospital in Istanbul. Occupational accidents experienced within a year by the health workers in the hospital were examined and the results were interpreted. Measures to be taken to reduce occupational accidents and prevent them from happening again have been determined.
