dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to measure the effect of organizational image perceptions of students studying at the Health Services Vocational School of a foundation university in Istanbul on their perceptions of teaching quality.This research is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. In this study, organizational image and learning quality variables were evaluated through parameters such as age, gender, education program and student status. In addition, the main hypothesis of the research is that there is a statistical relationship between organizational image and learning quality. Regression analysis was used for this. All these analyzes were analyzed with the SPSS 21.0 program.As a result of the statistical analysis, there is a positive relationship between gender, student status, graduation status, the program studied and the status of liking the program, organizational image and teaching quality. There is also a positive relationship between organizational image and teaching quality.In the scientific literature, the concept of organizational image has generally been studied with issues such as organizational commitment and personnel loyalty. In this study, the relationship between organizational image and teaching quality was examined. The originality of this study compared to other studies emerges here
dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, İstanbul ilinde bir vakıf üniversitesinin Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulunda öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin örgütsel imaj algılarının öğretim kalite algılarına etkisini ölçmektir. Bu araştırma, tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırmada örgütsel imaj ile öğenim kalitesi değişkenleri yaş, cinsiyet, öğrenim görülen program, öğrencilik durumu gibi parametreler üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın ana hipotezi, Örgütsel imaj ile öğrenim kalitesi arasında istatistiki olarak bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Bunun için regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Tüm bu analizler SPSS 21.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiki analizler sonucunda, bu araştırma kapsamında cinsiyet, öğrencilik durumu, mezuniyet durumu, öğrenim görülen program ve programı sevme durumu ile örgütsel imaj ile öğretim kalitesi arasında pozitif bir yönlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Örgütsel imaj ile öğretim kalitesi arasında da pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır.Bilimsel alanyazında genellikle örgütsel imaj kavramı örgütsel bağlılık ve personel sadakati gibi konularla çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada ise örgütsel imaj ile öğretim kalitesi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın diğer araştırmalardan özgün yanı burada ortaya çıkmaktadır.
