The population of the study consists of individual and team athletes in the sports complex where national athletes camp. 144 team national athletes were reached in 6 branches between the ages of 18-27. Among the individual national athletes, 154 athletes were reached in 8 branches and 298 athletes in total. The It is aimed to evaluate the expectations and perceptions of individual national athletes and team national athletes during the camp period regarding service quality. The data obtained in the study were analyzed by accepting .05 level in SPSS 20.0 package program. Çalışmanın evreni İstanbul ili örneklemi ise milli sporcuların kamp yaptıkları spor kompleksindeki bireysel ve takım sporcularını oluşturmaktadır. 18-27 yaş aralığında 6 branşta 144 takım milli sporcusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bireysel milli sporculardan ise 8 branşta 154 sporcuya toplamda ise 298 sporcuya ulaşılmıştır. Betimsel araştırma modeli ile, Lam, Zhang ve Jensen (2005) tarafından geliştirilen ve Gürbüz, Koçak ve Lam (2005) tarafından da Türkiye’de geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan SQAS (Service Quality Assessment Scale – Hizmet Kalitesi Değerlendirme Ölçeği) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS 20.0 paket programında, .05 düzeyi kabul edilerek analiz edilmiştir. Algılama-beklenti (A-B) incelendiğinde; Bireysel milli sporcuların ‘'personel boyutunun “üyelere özel ilgi göstermesi” A-B>,58; (t= -,147;p=,765; p>,05) ve yine ‘’sabırlı olma’’ maddesi, A-B>,45;(t= 3,51;p=,053 p>,05) birimlik fark ile yüksek kaliteye sahip olduğu anlamlı bulunmazken, “Program uygun düzeyde olma” maddesi A-B>,47; (t=-,256;p=,048; p<,05) birimlik bir fark ile yüksek kaliteye sahiptir anlamlı bulunmuştur. Takım milli sporcuların ‘'personel boyutunun “Şikâyetlere karşı duyarlı olma” maddesi A-B>,43; (t= -,478;p=,111; p>,05) birimlik bir fark ile yüksek kaliteye sahip olduğu tespit edilirken, bir spor kompleksine ait antrenman tesisinin boyutunda “Aletleri modern görünümlü olma” maddesi A-B< -,43; (t=3,776; p=,024; p<,05) birimlik fark ve “Aletleri çeşitli olma” A-B< -,47; (t=2,335;p=,090; p>,05) birimlik fark ile düşük kaliteye sahip olduğu rakamsal olarak bulunmuştur.
